Terms of Sale

Last updated: 3 August 2026

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter “the Terms of Sale”) govern the purchase of paid subscriptions from Casa Croqueta. They supplement the Terms of Use. By making a purchase, the User accepts these Terms of Sale without reservation.

1. Seller identity

Valérian ZOLTOWSKI — sole trader (auto-entrepreneur)
SIRET: 984 210 625 00013 — VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code
Publisher of the Casa Croqueta website
Contact: support@casacroqueta.fr

2. Products and services

Casa Croqueta offers monthly and annual subscriptions giving access to premium features (hereinafter “the Subscription”):

  • Casa plan — €3.99/month or €34.99/year (i.e. €2.92/month): collections (max. 20), PDF export, portion scaling, shopping list, meal planner, nutrition information, photo recipe import (30 pages per month, carried over for up to three months), up to 10 photos per recipe;
  • Familia plan — €6.99/month or €59.99/year (i.e. €5.00/month): everything in the Casa plan, plus a shared family space (5 members), collaborative recipes, shared planner, revision history (30 days), unlimited collections, and photo import raised to 50 pages per month, shared across the household rather than per member.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The Publisher reserves the right to change prices; changes will not affect ongoing subscriptions until they renew.

3. Ordering process

  1. The User chooses a plan and a billing interval;
  2. They are redirected to Stripe's secure payment page to enter their card details;
  3. They click “Subscribe” — this constitutes an obligation to pay, subject to the right of withdrawal set out in article 6;
  4. A confirmation email is sent by Stripe immediately after payment.

The Subscription is activated as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS-certified payment service provider. Casa Croqueta stores no card data on its servers.

Accepted payment methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and any method supported by Stripe in your country.

If a payment fails, Stripe automatically retries the charge up to 3 times within 7 days. If it definitively fails, the Subscription is suspended and access to premium features stops.

5. Term and renewal

The Subscription is taken out for the chosen term (month or year) and renews automatically for the same period, unless cancelled before the renewal date. The User is notified by email before each renewal.

Cancellation can be done from the billing settings in the application or via the Stripe portal. Access to premium features is maintained until the end of the period already paid for.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

You have fourteen days to withdraw, without having to give any reason. That period runs from the conclusion of the contract.

Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code allows this right to be set aside for digital content whose performance begins immediately, but only where the consumer has expressly waived it and acknowledged losing it. We do not collect that waiver: your right of withdrawal therefore remains intact.

To exercise it, simply write to support@casacroqueta.fr, stating your email address and the date of purchase — no particular form of words is required. The refund is made within fourteen days of our receiving your request, using the same means of payment as the purchase.

7. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the period has started, except:

  • First subscription: refund possible within 14 days;
  • Serious, documented malfunction attributable to Casa Croqueta;
  • Cases provided for by French regulations.

For any complaint or refund request: support@casacroqueta.fr. We will reply within 5 working days.

8. Service access and warranties

The Publisher warrants that the Service matches its description. In the event of non-conformity, the User may inform support to obtain a fix or a pro-rata refund.

The Publisher undertakes to keep premium features accessible for the whole duration of the paid Subscription. Should the Service be discontinued, a pro-rata refund will be made.

9. Consumer mediation

Under Article L. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that our customer service has not resolved, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. Please contact us first at support@casacroqueta.fr: referring a matter to the mediator requires a prior written complaint that has gone unresolved.

Competent mediator: [À COMPLÉTER — name, postal address and website of the mediation scheme the Publisher has joined, in accordance with Article R. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code].

10. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to consumers' rights to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
